Shipping Policy

Once an order is submitted, it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 5-10 business days to process before they are shipped (U.S. orders only. International orders may take 10-15 business days to be processed). Note: additional time may be needed to process  domestic and international orders.

We currently offer worldwide shipping for our products. Lily and Ann Online Boutique uses USPS, UPS and DHL Express as delivery carriers for our products. 

Items purchased from our Teespring store and other custom print items will be fulfilled directly with Teespring and Printful. Processing time may vary due to printing the t-shirts/hoodies. Teespring and Printful reserves the right to charge shipping fees and any items purchased from our Teespring store or Printful will be charged shipping costs based on Teespring and Printful policies.
